A day after his brother, Michael, secured his return to the state Assembly, state Sen. Nick Spano continues to trail Democrat Andrea Stewart-Cousins by nearly 1800 votes with the machines re-tallied, Mike Gannon reports. The two sides are scheduled to go to court tomorrow afternoon.
