Rockin’ and rollin’ in D.C.
He’s not on the payroll yet, but Democratic Congressman-elect John Hall is busy non-stop learning the ropes in Washington, D.C. during freshman orientation week.
“There’s a huge emphasis on ethics and behavior,” said Darren Rigger, one of Hall’s opponents during the Democratic primary and a political consultant from Peekskill who is serving as his aid during the transistion. “The new Congress members are very sensitive as to why some people are out of office.”
