Hillary reaches out – to Iowa and N.H.
Hillary Clinton’s not just paying calls on New York politicians. She’s also making calls to political operatives in Iowa and New Hampshire, yet another sign that she’s seriously considering a 2008 presidential bid, the Associated Press reports.
Clinton spoke to New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch last week, and former Iowa Attorney General Bonnie Campbell twice yesterday. Campbell, whose husband is a former chairman of the Iowa Democratic Party, told the AP she pledged her support.
