 Eliot Spitzer has apparently decided who he wants to succeed Herman “Denny’’ Farrell as state Democratic Party leader: June O’Neill of St. Lawrence County, Spitzer’s North Country campaign coordinator.

  Spitzer spokeswoman Christine Anderson told the Syracuse Post-Standard it was a choice intended to make sure “the party’s Upstate focus expands.’’
