Hall heads out

Congressman-elect John Hall is throwing a special send-off on Saturday that will feature a “ceremonial swearing-in” by Sen. Chuck Schumer in advance of his actual swearing-in in DC next week. The announcement promises that “numerous elected officials and hundreds of supporters” will be on hand at the event, which runs from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Colonial Terrace in Cortlandt Manor.
