Schwartz on the speech

January
3

“I thought it was a great speech. It was very bold, and I think it was visionary, said Westchester Deputy County Executive Larry Schwartz, who served on Spitzer’s transition team and attended the speech.

In a telephone interview from Albany, Schwartz said Spitzer “made it clear he’s willing to step up to the plate on issues such as education funding and quality health care, but “there’s going to be a level of accountability when it coimes to getting money from the state. Schwartz also called the campaign finance reform and ethics reform proposals “needed and long overdue.

“I think this is what the people of New York State want, he said. “I think the people of New York should come away feeling inspired.

Mr. Schwartz is a productive Deputy County Exceutive who does what is necessary to keep government running smoothly.

It sounds like you may not have gotten a job you wanted and are made at the County. Governing is a tough business and someone must make the tough decisions. Everyone can’t cut the ribbons and smile all day.

  6. A-BOMBER

read the westchester guardian paper…........larry is a crook!

  7. Pete Santos

The Westchester Guardian Paper is a fraud, run by individuals with personal agendas. The Guardian is not a real newspaper, it is more like a local tabloid. Please folks, seperate fact from fiction.

  8. A-BOMBER

LARRY IS PART OF THE NON-AGRESSION PACT!!!

  9. Pete Santos

You are an insider from the otherside, you recent Larry, you wish you were in his shoes. You should disclose yourself. I would say you are one of two type of people. A die hard republican or a democrat who did not get what they want. By the tone of your comments, it is obvious that you wanted something and did not get it. Keep this in mind, “Government works for all the people.” County Government serves all the residents of Westchester County.

no one wishes to be in larrys shoes!!!thats a laugh, larry is part of the deal (NON-AGGRESION PACT)!!!you on the other hand seems to be the one that works on the 9thfloor

You lie and lie. You make comments and do not substaniate them with facts, that makes you a fraud. Larry is a reliable assistant to his boss and does what is necessary to keep the county government moving in the right direction.

  12. A-BOMBER

    WHAT EVER/////

Sorry but A-Bomber is right, Larry is a corrupt scumbag.
