    the question posed to maria was unfair.. testifying
    as to the “truth” ie she may have bought some jewelry
    is not testifying “against” anyone…and the us
    attorney should have bette things to do then to spend
    taxpayers dollars chasing jeanine for a business
    that failed in 18 months
