Blake Zeff, the quick-witted and clever spokesman from the state Democratic Part, just announced that he was leaving his post and joining Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential campaign.
The move means Zeff, a native New Yorker, will be headed back to Washington, D.C., where he once worked as a press spokesman to Sen. Charles Schumer.
It also represents a re-union of Schumer press shop veterans, since Phil Singer, who worked with Zeff in the senior senator’s office a few years ago, has already joined Clinton’s team.
