Mulrow’s pitch


Westchester businessman Bill Mulrow’s pitch to become New York state comptroller: his “25 years on Wall Street and his past campaign for the post gave him a background the other 16 candidates can’t match.”

“I look at this at a professional, non-political office, independent,” Mulrow said. “I’m going to call them like I see them. There are other folks who can look after the politics.”
