Mount Vernon Mayor Ernest Davis was among a group of New York mayors that met with Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton in Washington, D.C. today to discuss the State of the Union address.
According to a press release from Clinton’s office, the mayors and the senators discussed a number of issues, including the president’s health care proposal, the No Child Left Behind program, the Community Development Block Grant Program, brownfields and fully funding the COPS program for local law enforcement.
