Veterans listening tour
Democratic Congressman John Hall returns to District 19 tomorrow to meet with veterans and VA Hudson Valley Health Care System officials.
Hall’s listening tour on veterans’ issues will take place at the VA’s Castle Point and Montrose campuses.
Hall, who has been named to the House Veterans Affairs Committee, said he will seek input on legislation the committee is expected to consider this year and ask for suggestions of other issues that should appear on the agenda.
These are the first of a series of meetings Hall said he plans to hold with veterans and organizations that serve them throughout the district.
