For what it’s worth….

February
8

Jay Carson, a spokesman for former President Bill Clinton, e-mailed this afternoon to say that Bill Clinton will not be “officially campaigning” on behalf of his wife Sunday, when he speaks to the Westchester Democratic Committee.

Clinton, Carson said, is “just filling in” for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton at the breakfast in New Rochelle because her campaign schedule is taking her to New Hampshire this weekend.

The senator had been expected to attend the breakfast but the death last week of Bill Clinton’s stepfather forced her to re-schedule her trip to the Granite State to this weekend.

UPDATE: Carson added this”: “President clinton looks forward to spending his Sunday morning with so many good Westchester Democrats.”
