Gov. Steamroller takes to the road
  Look for more Legislature-bashing when Gov. Eliot Spitzer takes to the road next week to promote his budget plan.
 The Gov rage was driven in part, an aide said today, by roadblocks the Assembly has erected in discussions over workers-compensation-insurance reform, civil confinement and other bills.
 “We’re just a couple of inches away on these things,’’ the aide said, “and they won’t move.’’
  The thought is some more public pressure – and the promise of kind words from Gov. Steamroller, if some of these deals are finally hatched – will help to close some deals.
