Cuomo picks environmental deputy
Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo has appointed Katherine Kennedy to the new position of special deputy attorney general for environmental protection. She has served as the senior attorney and the director of the Northeast Energy Project at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) since 1988, working on issues such as energy efficiency and renewable technologies, according to the announcement.
