Close watchers of the Westchester County legislature (are there any?) might have noted that the board met at 10 a.m. on Monday, rather than their usual 7 p.m. start time of recent years. Majority Leader Martin Rogowsky, D-Harrison, said the change was an attempt to accommodate some on the board who think the night meetings are a hardship. Traditionally the board holds one day meeting each year, in conjunction with the League of Women Voters. This year, that day is set for March 26. Other day meetings are set for April 9, July 9 and Dec. 10.
