Clinton snags a Shaheen

Sen. Hillary Clinton has scored a big, if perhaps not unexpected, get in New Hampshire, snagging Democratic bigwig Bill Shaheen to co-chair both her state and national campaigns, The Concord Monitor’s political blog “reports”:http://www.yourconcord.com/primaryblog/capital_beat_extra_bill_shaheen_and_hillary. Shaheen, who ran John Kerry’s campaign there in 2004, is one of the state’s most savvy and connected organizers, and is married to former New Hampshire Gov. Jeanne Shaheen. A formal announcement is expected today, according to the paper.
