New York City Civil Liberties Union field director and legislative counsel Udi Ofer will participate in a discussion on executive authority tomorrow at 7 p.m. at the Ethical Culture Society in White Plains.

Ofer will speak about policies including warrantless wiretapping of telephone calls by the National Security Agency, the Military Tribunal Act and the National ID Act, and Constitutional checks and balances.

The meeting at 7 Saxon Woods Road in White Plains is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
