Congressman John Hall spent the day at his district office at the Putnam County Building in Carmel.

Putnam County Executive Robert Bondi, whose offices are next door to Hall’s, said the two got a chance to have “a nice chat” about their families and recent mini vacations.

Bondi spent part of the Easter break at his farm in Steuben County. Hall’s destination is unknown.

“It’s wonderful that he comes here regularly,” said Bondi, who had urged Hall to move into office space in Putnam. “We talk about federal, state and county issues. It makes our job that much more interesting.”
