This week’s National Journal looks at Hillary Rodham Clinton’s go-slow approach to health care and why she has been reluctant to release a plan for universal coverage.
“I don’t think the challenge is having a plan,” Clinton says in a Q&A that accompanies the article. Later she adds: “The real challenge is whether you can engage the country in a movement for change that will guarantee quality, affordable health care.”
