The cost of a Clinton

Bill Clinton is the former president whose current expenses cost taxpayers the most, according to “The Washington Post”:http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/05/23/AR2007052301624.html. The request includes $10,000 for health insurance; a puzzle, since one presumes he can get on his wife’s plan, if necessary.
