Hillary and Obama tied!

Posted by: Glenn Blain - Posted in 2008, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton on Jun 05, 2007

Could Hillary Clinton’s status as the clear front runner be in jeopardy?

A USA TODAY/Gallup “poll”:http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/2007-06-04-poll_N.htm?csp=34 out today seems to say jus that. It shows Clinton and Barack Obama in a virtual tie for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Obama, an Illinois senator, bests Clinton by one percentage point, 30 percent to 29 percent, if the contest includes former vice president Al Gore. Clinton bests Obama by a single point, 37-36 without Gore in the race.

It’s funny that the two of them are tied in the eyes of likely Democrat voters since both are apologists for the Bush administration, neither believe in a true universal single-payer health care system and neither has a workable plan to get our troops home safely from Iraq.

It’s funnier still, how the mainstream media will play up these two, while candidates that are not cut from the cookie-cutter mold of professional politics get very, very short shrift. It’s as if the media controls elections in this country.

Oops. I guess that nails it.

Barack Obama is a stupid idiot and easily the politically dumbest candidate running. If the democrats nominate them, they’ll be in bad shape-Giuliani is crushing him in SurveyUSA polls, including losing by double digits in OHIO!
