]]> http://polhudson.lohudblogs.com/2007/06/08/walking-for-obama/comment-page-1/#comment-20659 the consultant Sat, 09 Jun 2007 17:53:12 +0000 http://polhudson.lohudblogs.com/2007/06/08/walking-for-obama/#comment-20659 you really can't blame either the black or hispanic community regardless of their percentag of the population to be proud that a member of their own ethic group can be president of the united states. the point that black;s should be given more say in how the goverment operates is a legitimate political point from their point of view, assuming that the "black" vote is taken to be monolithic..as it turns out the point is not reality because a larger portion of the african american community is supporting mrs clinton over obama at this time..and the other issue is of course whether mrs clinton is able to win the presidency.. many people both black and white feel that bush to clinton to bush 42.to hillary..is too much like a monarchy and that fresh ideas and a different generation are needed if the democrats are to recapture the white house...I wonder how ms goldberg would feel if a jewish candidate like joe liberman or mike bloomberg were to run and someone said its time for more jewish voices to be heard..hopefully she would be consistant..I on the other hand think that neither obama nor hillary should be president for a whole host of reasons...and that rudy giuliani beats either of them.... you really can’t blame either the black or hispanic
