Yes Amicone is a good man, not a politician (his words not mine). Yet since he decided to play politician he has made several blunders that will pile up on him. Why didn't the Council's consultant (Feragamo, Vince) point out the problems in the 2002 Lease Agreement. Was Amicone less than honest? Amicone has integrity issues on the deals made with developers.
