Running her first time as a progressive democrat she quickly shed that facade once in office. In the intervening years she, along with the rest of the Democrats in the House and Senate, have pretty much rubber stamped anything the Administration wanted for fear of being called unpatriotic or something... While the Dems may be backing Hillary because they think the have a winner in the next election they ought to be careful what they wish for. She is not a progressive and she likes the status quo.
