Members of CSEA Unit 9200, the labor union representing Westchester County government workers, plans to hold a protest rally outside County Executive Andrew Spano’s office Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. And yes, they are bringing the giant, inflatable rat that often goes along with such rallies.

The union has been without a new contract for the past 19 months.
