After initially defending the contributions it received from Norman Hsu, Hillary Clinton’s campaign has decided to donate $23,000 it received from the now-controversial donor to charity.
Hsu was one of Clinton’s top fundraisers, but stories pulished this week by the Wall Street Journal and the Los Angeles Times raised questions about his activities. The Times story found that Hsu is wanted in California on grand theft charges.

This crook Hsu was hiding in plain site in Manhattan. Throw his name into Google and see he comes back to 160 Wooster St. in terms of political contributions. Hsu was a fugitive from the law in California. So this again shows how bad California law enforcement is.
They could have found him with a simple Google search.
