The Kerik indictment and Rudy’s race

November
9

As one might expect, the indictment of former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik — he pleaded not guilty today at federal court in White Plains — is providing ammunition for Rudy Giuliani’s rivals on the campaign trail.

Arizona Sen. John McCain campaigned in New Hampshire with former Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge. McCain focused on Kerik’s work in Iraq and Giuliani’s decision to recommend him as a replacement for Ridge.

“I don’t know Mr. Kerik. I do know that I went to Baghdad shortly after the initial victory and met in Baghdad with (Ambassador Paul) Bremer and (Lt. Gen. Ricardo) Sanchez. And Kerik was there. Kerik was supposed to be there to help train the police force. He stayed two months and one day left, just up and left, McCain told reporters traveling on his campaign bus, according to an Associated Press account.

“That’s why I never would’ve supported him to be the head of homeland security because of his irresponsible act when he was over in Baghdad to try and help train the police. One of the reasons why we had so much trouble with the initial training of the police was because he came, didn’t do anything and then went out to the airport and left,” McCain said.

Meanwhile, Mitt Romney, according to the AP, called the indictment of Kerik “very sad and disappointing.

“You expect people who assume the public trust to abide by it and to live by high standards of ethical conduct, Romney said. He added, “It’s not for me to say at this point what the implications are for Mayor Giuliani.

Kerik romances his book publisher in the building across the street from the World Trade Center, while we work below him on the disaster on the rockpile below him.

Kerik does not obtain “Top Secret Clearance from the FBI as NYPD Police Commissioner for Joint Federal Cases, knowing he could not cut muster in doing so.

Kerik ’s college degree is an “On-Line degree and he declares bankruptcy.

Kerik’spends time in the back seat of his police car writing on his memoirs instead of tending to police business.

Kerik’s ties to the mob and their associates.

How is it every Detective on the NYPD knew this guy was a misfit except Rudy?

We all knew that this guy was nothing but a “Bootlick for Rudy with NO credentials at all to hold serious positions of leadership.

Karl Rove had to know this also. Rove had to know that Kerik would self distrust within 48 hours of being appointed to his Federal position. (Which happened by the way)

    Kerik will Hurt Rudy….

And as you all are getting to see as each day goes by…

    Rudy will Hurt Rudy….

I know that the New York Liberal Press has a hard time absorbing this But….Rudy will not be the Candidate for President (As I have been saying for many of months now on this blog)

  3. Ethan Edwards

Let’s go local for a minute. How many have
wondered how many hours of tapes the Feds
might have of Kerik talking to Jeanine Pirro?

How many have wondered what might be on those
tapes, beyond the boat-bugging talks which were leaked
by someone in the Bronx DA’s office, I believe?

  4. the consultant

ethan you are dead wrong on this one…jeanine and
bernie were friends..but they did not plan crimes
together on an ongoing basis..notice that after over
a year…no charges have been brought against jeanine
to quote her attorney and I agree…the US attorney
has an obligation to announce whether the investigation is
over…he just can’t let it hang out there forever

and as for Kerick and his effect on Rudy…guess
what..Rudy picked a tough guy who had a sinister
side and used the system for personal gain…
Hillary had whitewater, the rose law firm, vince
foster etc..I doubt Rudy will be hurt at all

  5. Ethan Edwards

    Consultant,

I think you missed what possibility I was hinting at.
    But I was too subtle.

Not the chance that Jeanine and Kerik
were plotting crimes, but instead some possible
chatter about Al Pirro which can tie back to Ridge Hill,
and therefore to the Feds’ investigation of the Yonkers
City Council. Al was Ratner’s lobbyist for Ridge Hill,
after all. And Jeanine was talking to Kerik on tape
    about none other than Al.

I’m speculating. But it could be more than
    just idle speculation. We’ll see.

  6. the consultant

ethan…I doubt that after having served a term
for tax evasion albert would engage in anything
remotely unlawful..being a lobbyist is not against
the law..and albert does have an awful lot of
real estate knowledge ..don’t forget he was
the most successful zoning attorney in the
county until the real estate bust of 87

  7. Ethan Edwards

    Consultant,

If the Feds are investigating information about
possible bribery regarding Ridge Hill and the
Yonkers City Council, the list of who might have
made those bribes is not a long one.

You can eliminate Ratner himself. And then
    you are left with….?

Check the timing, too—the timing between
the lmitied revelations about the Jeanine-Kerik tapes
and the subpoena served on the Council.

None of that means this theory is true, but
there is no denying it might be.

  8. the consultant

well I am just relying on my faith in albert
not to do anything that might jeopardize the law
license he just got back…besides when you
look at the council members who probably are
under the closest scrutiny…ie annabi and
mcloughlin..there are so many others that
could facilitate a bribe if in fact there
    was one other than al

  9. Ethan Edwards

A short list…contractors, union bosses, etc.
But Al would be on that list.

  10. Ethan Edwards

By the way, today’s NY Post reports the Feds
have about 2,500 wiretaps of Kerik. That’s
    a lot of chit-chatting.

  11. Jim Kelly - Conservative Campaigns

Wait till they start looking at the Hardings, Reginald Patrick from DOCS, the list goes on and on.

So either Rudy was a poor judge of character and couldn’t recognize criminality in his staff or he was aware and turned a blind eye.

Either way he is not ready to run this country. Further these media events are all coordinated purposely (As I have been saying since summer)...They are not going to end.

Still to come photo’s to hit later of Rudy marching the Gay Parade (Not knowing NAMBLA sings) were behind him, Photo’s of Rudy on Dais of Planned Parenthood and NARAL…All which will play well in the early States.

  12. Jim Kelly - Conservative Campaigns

I meant to say NAMBLA “Signs” were behind Rudy..(My aboe comment)

  13. Jim Kelly - Conservative Campaigns

This “Bankrupt” NY State GOP Party still does not get it.

They think Rudy can draw votes to candidates in the elections for the rest of their Statewide slate with Rudy on top of the ticket..Perhaps they can….

But the “Heart & Soul” voters will (Again) look at this Party as loosing themselves by putting up Rudy who is a Liberal on the ticket while True Conservative Candidates are running for President…(Primary)

This is all going to back fire on this Lost GOP again…They lose direction,

    Jim Kelly – Conservative Campaigns

  14. the consultant

Hey Jim you are clearly a committed conservative but
you are stuck on social issues..It is hardly fair to criticize Rudy for marching in the gay pride parade..
regardless of who else was there…New York Republicans
nominated your kind of candidate is 2006 for both
governor and senate and they got clobbered…the problem
is that as a conservative you have every right to your
own positions which I truly respect..and you have every
right to nominate someone to run for office..what you
should not be able to do, however is to dictate to
the Republican Party who its candidate for President
Governor or US Senator should be….then you as a
voter can choose between the Republican Nominee
and Hillary…or you can choose anyone else you
want..but the days of Mike Long having a veto are over

  15. Jim Kelly - Conservative Campaigns

I understand and I too respect your comments….

But….I was trying to explain the game plan that has been established by the other candidate’s running against Rudy (How it was and is folding out pay by play in front of all eyes)...It is not going to end.

By the way, Clinton beats Rudy in New York, especially without the Conservative Party cross endorsing with the GOP on Rudy in the national elections. (Not that Rudy is going to get that far anyway) IMO…

  16. the consultant

she may beat him in new york..but not by alot…
and he is the only candidate that can give her
a horserace in fla, nj, cal, az, new mex, mich,
and ohio….ie its either rudy stops hillary
    or the clintons are baaaaackk!!!!!

  17. steve johnson

MIKHAIL KRYZHANOVSKY – U.S. PRESIDENT DE FACTO ?

Mikhail Kryzhanovsky, KGB superspy, the author of the “White House Special
Handbook, or How to Rule the World in the 21st Century”, is the U.S. President
    de facto.
Since 1996, American presidents (Bill Clinton and now – George Bush) make
top political decision in domestic and foreign policy in strict accordance to his
    instructions.
Do you know about that ?

  18. the consultant

    hey steve..george w..is a friend of mine..and you
    are nuts

  19. Ben

Steve Johnson – you need to share a barrel of Kool Aid with Barbara Ricci. Or are you actually Barbara under that wig?

  20. B-52 BOMBER

    ALERT!!!!! ALERT!!!! ALERT!!!!

CAVALOW AND THE CHIMP ARE DONE !!!!

WHITE PLAINS, NY—Harry Kresky, legal counsel for petitioners who filed suit (Download ipwes-cc-ad-rearg.doc) against the Westchester County Independence Party, is alleging fraud is a sufficient rationale to revisit a suit filed September 5, 2006. In that law suit, it is said that certain rules, purportedly made some 10 days prior to the Westchester County Independence Party Committee meeting were falsified to be true when they were presented as such to the court, when in reality, no such meeting took place. In sworn testimony (Download ipwest-admo-reargue-castaldo-afd.pdf)by former Chairman Mario Castaldo, his legal counsel suggests that the filing was merely a false document attesting to a meeting that did not take place, and that upon it is forged the signature of Mario Castaldo who never signed such a document and was not party to any alleged meeting described. It thereby follows that the alleged conduct of the Westchester County Independence Party was fraudulent. The courts will likely decide this issue over the next 10 business days.

I GUESS CLUB FED WILL HAVE SOME EXTRA GUESTS FOR THE HOLIDAYS SOON…LOL

Rudy Aids giving spin now about bad polls in the Early States?

Rudy Aids are New Yorkers City Dwellers who have NO concept of National Politics.

Rudy has been behind in the polls in most (If not all of the early GOP States)...Meaning Rudy should be gone from this election after the first round.

The Candidates of the GOP have NOT even started to run their commercials yet in the (Early States) on Rudy being Pro Gay Rights, Anti-2nd Amendment, Pro-abortion (Sitting on Dais of Planned Parenthood & NARAL) Rudy’s many, many problems yet to come etc….

Again I say to the Press of New York….Rudy will not become the Candidate for President for the GOP

Jim Kelly – Conservative Campaigns (New York)

  23. Anthony M.

No Republican is going to win New York. However, Rudy does force Clinton to have to come to New York and campaign and spend more money than she would against any other candidate. All of that time and money Clinton has to spend in New York is money and time she can’t spend in other states – especially any swing states.
