The Politico’s Ben Smith posted a story this afternoon raising questions about Rudy Giuliani’s expenses as mayor of New York City.
According to the story, Giuliani billed obscure city agencies for tens of thousands of dollars in security expenses that were amassed during the time he was beginning an extramarital relationship with Judith Nathan. Many of the expenses came from trips the then-mayor took to the Hamptons, where Nathan lived.

Giuliani attempted to answer that in the debate last night. His answer may not suffice.
At the debate, CNN neglected to point out that the
retired reserves general who came out of the closet
and was asking about “don’t ask, don’t tell,” is part
of a gays and lesbians for Hillary organization.
That information IS in an AP story now on the wires.
Another foul-up by the Clinton News Network.
An editorial in today’s NY Daily News also notes
that Bill Clinton has been going around lying (what
a shock!) by claiming he opposed the Iraq War. The
News points out Slick Willy is once again a liar.
