Davis supporters meet tonight

December
4

Supporters of Mayor Ernest Davis are threatening to make any members of mayor-elect Clinton Young’s transition team defendants in their $600 million lawsuit calling for a new election.

They will meet tonight to consider a resolution that would direct their attorney, Stephen Jackson, to add those names as defendants in the lawsuit.
Jackson is also planning to file a court motion seeking to stop Young from being sworn in as mayor.

The supporters claim a FBI raid shortly before the general election was an attempt to stifle voter’s rights and that Young was working with the federal agencies.

Young has denied working with the FBI and called the lawsuit divisive. The lawsuit names Young, the Justice Department, the FBI and others as defendants.

Curt Stewart, coordinator for the group, said affidavit forms for those who were discouraged from voting will be collected during the meeting.

The meeting will be held at the Macedonia Community Center, 103 West 2nd Street at 7 p.m.

So, the 100 or so who may have been intimidated not to vote would still not make up the numbers you lost by. Just get over it and except defeat! Suppose there is a re-election and and you lose then too, then who will you blame next??? You are just making yourself look like Jack @#%. Call the moving truck s, start pack because it is over the fat lady has sung!

Ed will next give us another Drifters’ classic…
“There Goes My Baby,” which may be sung to Davis
    as he is hauled away.

Curt Stewart and Jackson are such a parasite. Day care centers in Peekskill are still looking for Stewart. It’s sad that these idiots are playing the race card and comparing Davis to MLK or Malcolm X, which is a joke within itself. This suit is devised to further embarrass the city. The case will be thrown out and these parasites can move on to the next scheme.

This is terrible Davis just dont know how to stand down. You lost my boy. Clinton Young is our new mayor and we dont want you no more. So you and your personal flunkies starting with Serapher all the way down to Lisa Copeland need to relocate to another city and try and run that but your time here has ended. Take a nap looseres. Your all are poor and sorry excuses for loosers. Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!

The level of desperation never ceases to amaze me, who is paying for this lawsuit, the city of Mt. Vernon? I am sure we paid for most of Ernie’s outrageous billboard, banner and wrapped vehicle campaign. No disclosure of campaign contributions, and no filing of disclosure while in office and looting the city with his cronies, as his chief crony raised everyone’s taxes to pay for the debts incurred and money mismanaged. I hope every defendant turns around and sues for harassment and damages and takes the plaintiffs’ homes. Are they willing to risk those for Ernie? Ernie just pack up and hit the road, you obviously beyond lacking integrity, have no pride, at all.
