I am totally unimpressed with the Albany County DA
in terms of his ability to conduct a thorough comprehensive
and non partisan investigation…the issues raised by
what the Spitzer aides did regarding their efforts
to use state police resources in a politcal manner
need to be looked at from multiple vantage points..
the average New Yorker understands that aides do no
make these kinds of calls without the knowledge and
approval of their boss, the governor, particularly
this governor…and frankly this is the kind of
situation that cries out for a special prosecutor
who is not the elected democratic da of the county
in which the governors mansion and office reside

Justice delayed is justice denied. Much as it
pains the Democrat Soares, he may be forced to
proceed because of all the attention on this.
