Sam Zherka: Ruffling Feathers

December
18

Some revile him; others love the publisher of The Westchester Guardian. The Journal News/LoHud.com today takes a look at Sam Zherka, owner of some 4,500 apartments and the topless VIP Club in Manhattan, a man who loves to get under the skin of Westchester officials. A ruling in the first of his federal lawsuits against Yonkers, which charge the city with violating the First Amendment rights of the Guardian and its readers, is expected shortly.

THIS GUY WAS IN THE CAMP OF SPANO THEN HE HATED SPANO – HE LOVED AMICONE NOW HATES THE MAYOR. THIS GUY IS ALL OVER THE PLACE.

  2. LOU

ALSO HE REPORTED IN HIS NEWSPAPER FOR A MONTH THAT AMICONE HIRED ALL OF NICK SPANOS PEOPLE. 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF SALARIES. THAT WAS ALL A LIE. BUT THIS GUY I GUESS COULD WRITE WHAT HE WANTS TO REGARDLESS OFF THE TRUTH.

Not one line in your article looks at the truth of his “newspaper”.

Your article makes it look like he is some kind of advocate of freedoms, thank God.

He is, of course a bizarre whack job who writes like some a complete lunatic with non-stop personal attacks on people he opposes.

No question that you did not write one line about the truth or lies of his “articles”. Why open that door, eh? Could be a pandora’s box in there.

I remember the Journal News had a front page story on a bank robber who wanted to be a famous millionaire movie star. I read that and knew immediately you have all lost your minds.

No surprise that the bank robber was busy robbing banks as the Journal News honored him with a front page article.

I have no doubt that it never occurred to you that a bank robber who was feeling guilty might aspire to get a job a McDonalds before the Oscar Win.

I have no doubt that it never occurred to you that an actual McDonald’s employee might also wish to be a famous millionaire movie star.

Zherka sues town after town after town, hurting the residents of these towns. It’s a free country. However the idea of writing what a great guy he is shows how off the deep end you guys have all fallen.

No wonder the news business is tanking.

    Yea, he’s great.
    Bank robbers are great.
    Sure.
    Good luck with that.

It might not be 1.5 mil but it certainly was a lot money. Probably closer to $600,000-700,000

I posted my comment about this faux article, which
has errors and omissions—- and which should have
been printed BEFORE the election in Yonkers, under
    the Yonkers Charter item below.

Why it is front page now is inexplicable.

Ali Zherka has been tied to the Albanian mob for
years. That’s the tip of the iceberg.

6 OR 700,000 PLEASE STOP WITH THE LIES. NAME THEM! I CHALLENGE YOU TO NAME THEM! I CAN’T BECAUSE THEY DON’T EXIST.

  7. LOU

NAME THE 6 OR 700,000 IN JOBS. YOU CAN’T BECAUSE YOU ARE LYING THROUGH YOUR TEETH.
