That makes no sense. Nobody says that Cousins is a bad person. The thought that she is ineffective becuase of a lack of effort is scary. If she wasn't giving Westchester her best, she should have stepped down months ago. She promised improvements on Day One. We are still waiting. Is she still drawing a paycheck while producing NOTHING? You may not like Nick Spano beacuase he is a Republican, but you have to admit that he served Westchester well as Senator and continues to serve Westchester well in his new role. Politics is not a spectator sport. Nick Spano was born with the Eye of the Tiger & plenty of back bone. Funding doesn’t mean anything? That makes no sense.
