Three way Democratic debate tonight

January
15

The Democratic presidential debate at the top of the hour will be a three-way discussion among Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Sen. Barack Obama and former Sen. John Edwards.

Rep. Dennis Kucinich won’t be participating. The Nevada Supreme Court ruled today that a lower court exceeded its jurisdiction by order MSNBC to include the Ohio congressman in the debate.

Here’s a link to the ruling: http://www.nvsupremecourt.us/documents/cases/50889.ordergrantingpetition.pdf

Not that I’m a big fan of Dennis Kucinich, but why do we, as voters in America, let the TV/Media networks decide who’s worthy to be President? Put ‘em all in the debates, let us make up our own minds.

  2. Ethan Edwards

Walt, because there comes a time to weed out the losers. Dennis had his chances, plenty of them, but still has only about one percent of the vote. Over and o-u-t.

I don’t buy that argument. If they’re still running, I say keep them in. Although, by your logic, Rudy “Noun, Verb, 9/11” Giuliani would be excluded from upcoming GOP debates. I could perhaps be won over to your position if THAT came to pass…

  4. Ethan Edwards

Walt, if Rudy was polling one percent nationally,
he would be shown the door. The back door, too.

Dem debate…...Kiss, Kiss, Hug, Hug, Puff, Puff, Tap, Tap
    YAWN!!!!!

This debate clearly had nothing on the NFL Playoff game.
