What in hell is wrong with absentee ballots? These nitwits have found a way to charge the taxpayers, including the disabled, THOUSANDS of dollars PER VOTE. Where is the common sense? Special interests are one thing, but fiscal insanity for no good reason is just that: insanity. Put this money into medical research or personal health-care, not into the pockets of bourgeoisie machine companies and salesmen.
