Jacknis is a professional, not a pol. You can dump on Spano if you want, but there are good capable people who work within government. Everybody&#039;s not Bill Ryan. Jacknis is one of the guys who knows what he&#039;s doing - and there are others - and he&#039;s doing the thing you should criticize others for not doing: leave government, and go prove yourself in business working in a serious capacity for a major corporation. In this, going to California is hardly cashing in on local political contacts.</description>
