Since that does not seem to be the case with the legendary ladies' man, one can only assume that decades of drug use have taken a severe toll on his mental faculties. If the American electorate doesn't feel that 28 years of the Bushes and Clintons in the White House is more than enough, we are all in big @#%$&*! trouble.
