Spitzer was on the “Colbert Report” last night and said he won’t appoint himself to replace Hillary Clinton as senator if she’s elected present.

Earlier in the day, he was on a call-in show on WAMC/Northeast Public Radio. You can listen to that show here. He praises Barack Obama, but says he’s sticking with Clinton.
