After being sent home early because of electrical problems at the Michaelian Office Building, Westchester County employees were back at work this morning and the building was functioning normally, Deputy County Executive Larry Schwartz said.
“They are replacing the feeder cables but they are doing it one at a time so it doesn’t affect the building,” Schwartz said in a telephone interview.
The building was shut down Wednesday afternoon after water from the day’s heavy rains seeped into an electrical vault and damaged equipment.

Bad news for taxpayers. They’re all back! Except for Andy, who is, at the moment, in Fla. reaching for a 7 iron.
