Lowey back at work and headed to Rockland
Less than three weeks after her “minor coronary incident,” Rep. Nita Lowey is back at work this week about to make her first public appearance, her spokesman Matt Dennis said today.
With Congress not in session this week, Lowey is working from her office in White Plains and will make her first public appearance since the incident tomorrow in Rockland, Dennis said. The press conference, which will deal with veterans’ benefits, will begin at 11 a.m. at the VMA Hall in Congers.
