Westchester County Executive Andy Spano will be at Westchester Community College tomorrow night for a public forum on the report from his Global Warming Task Force. The event will begin with a reception from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the college’s low-impact “Zero Waste Cafe”, then a two-hour presentation and discussion of the task force’s action plan.
