apparently the mayor has put sam zherka on his committee
to find new comissioners…it will be interesting to see]
the credibility of the mayor plummet as the result of the
investigation by the manahatan da of zherka which he himself
puts forth in his lawsuit againt mayor amicone…bad
    move mayor

Mike Edelman shut the hell up already. You dont have one percent of the character that Sam Zherka has. You are a loser. And thats my opinion! You will eat your hat, your underwear and your empty wallet when Zherka is done with you. All those who portray themselves as holier than thou, end up like Spitzer. He is Client # 9, i bet you are in the top ten also. Loser!!!!! And thats my constitutionally protected opinion unlike the slander and defamation that i have read on your blogs. Shame on you!!!!!!!

Who is this guy Zherka, and why can’t anyone who backs him spell?

  4. the consultant

hey betty, the only one who is going to lose his shirt
is mr zherka..he has imposed himself and his outrageous
newspaper opinions on this community accusing everyone
in sight of being corrupt. He has participated in the political scene with his substantial contributions to
the robertson campaign unlike any other newspaper
owner in westchesters history, that by the way
makes him a public figure. Finally and I know
you haven’t read the papers but He misrepresented the contents of the blogs at least in terms of what I
said because I never referred to him by his ethnicity

nor did I accuse him of belonging to the mob
that was either made up or someone elses blog entry
so to the extent he released his complaint to the
newspapers PRIOR TO FILING IT WITH THE COURT, it may
constitute a malicious and intentional defamatory
remark against me..and I am sure i know where the
misquote came from since he has a particular person
working for him that in the past has been not particularly
accurate with the facts..and that betty is my protected
opinion…you can go look at the blog archives yourself
go ahead..there is no entry by “the consultant” claiming
he is a mob member none at all….go take a look
betty if you are interested in the truth!

  5. the consultant

one other point betty, why do the papers submitted by
mr zherka point out that he is being investigated
by the manhattan county da’s office, in fact one
of the defendants named is an assistant da in that office
Don’t you find it strange that he is arguing that
a public prosecutors office relied on blog posts
to begin an investigation apparently of Mr Zherka
and don’t you find it strange that Mr Zherka
alleges that the DA in question issued dozens
of grand jury subpoenas ..Now let me ask you
this betty…Is the NY DA’s office corrupt
and poltiically motivated regarding this particular
investigation..You are aware that Bob Morganthau
is a democrat and that Dennis Robertson was
the democratic nominee for mayor who MR Zherka
supported wholeheartedly…So you have to ask
yourself…who has been acting “hollier than thou”
