He has participated in the political scene with his substantial contributions to the robertson campaign unlike any other newspaper owner in westchesters history, that by the way makes him a public figure. Finally and I know you haven't read the papers but He misrepresented the contents of the blogs at least in terms of what I said because I never referred to him by his ethnicity nor did I accuse him of belonging to the mob that was either made up or someone elses blog entry so to the extent he released his complaint to the newspapers PRIOR TO FILING IT WITH THE COURT, it may constitute a malicious and intentional defamatory remark against me..and I am sure i know where the misquote came from since he has a particular person working for him that in the past has been not particularly accurate with the facts..and that betty is my protected opinion...you can go look at the blog archives yourself go ahead..there is no entry by "the consultant" claiming he is a mob member none at all....go take a look betty if you are interested in the truth! hey betty, the only one who is going to lose his shirt
