Pro-Life Group Keeps Pressure On Former Gov.’s Bill

April
7

The New Yorkers For Parental Rights is stepping up their attacks on former Gov. Eliot Spitzer’s plan to adopt the Reproductive Health & Privacy Protection Act.

The bill would update New York’s outdated abortion laws and put on the books that it’s legal for  late-term abortions when a women’s health is in jeopardy.

The bill had an unlikely chance of passage even with Spitzer, but the group is still lobbying lawmakers against it, taking out billboard space in Albany and running ads on its website.

What a shameless display of bias, Mr. Spector! Calling the laws “outdated” is right from the Planned Parenthood playbook. So is the phrase “when a women’s health is in jeopardy,” which the abortion lobby does not limit to physical health. Under their warped definition, the woman’s “emotional well being” is a “health” concern that can justify an abortion at any time during the pregnancy.

I noticed Spector’s bias too. Partial-birth abortion is murder. That’s all there is to it.

Calling them “late term” abortions is another form of bias.

This blue backround is horrible, please remove it, you cannot read the posts.

The blue background is now gone from my screen, at least. Yeah, it was/is horrible. To read those posts, put your cursor over them, press left on the mouse. It will highlight them in white, like photo negatives.
