is that “difiore and bogdanos are corrupt”...its like
they are reading from the blassberg editorial pages of
the guardian..which by the way isn’t selling….
Janet di fiore doesn’t have to be corrupt..she is independently wealthy.in fact she doesnt; have to work
unlike tony castro who is scraping around for cases
after being a deputy bureau chief in the bronx..THAT
WOULD BE A DEPUTY..not even a full bureau chief…
DI FIORE discharges her duties faithfully…she handles
thousands of cases a year.and there are always a couple
that become problems…it was that way with vergari
pirro and on and on…as for calling bob morganthau;s
office corrupt that is a huge mistake..the new federal
judge is quite familiar with the work of morganthaus office
its regarding as the premier office in the country..so
sam better have video tape of his conspiracy notions
and so should his sycophant followers like little z
who have no notion of anything and probably have never
been involved in law enforcement…they just are unhappy
frustrated angry people who are jelous of anyone who
is successful..Di fiore was a fine assistant da..a great
judge…and a now an unbeatable DA….and I am hearing
that Castro doesn’t even want to run ….no money
no fire in the belly….why don;’t you all wait and
see what the manhattan da does…then you will have
a better understanding of the man called selim

These dopes are it again. This thread went back into the archives but they brought it back to try and lay out what will be Selim aka Sam Zherka’s defense if he is indicted.

You bozos (or the same bozo) should try something that has a better chance of being believed.

For instance, you could claim Sam is not guilty because he was taking ballet lessons in France. You could claim he was over in China buying fireworks. Better yet, you could claim he was out of the country to have a sex change operation in Sweden. Say that he used to be “Samantha.”

The Westchester DA is nothing more then a corrupt woman in my opinion. Te office has been corrupt for quite some time now but the more DA’s we get like DiFiore the worse its going to be. We need a DA that will try and do the right thing to benefit those who live int he county, and DiFiore is the last person that will do that.

Sam Zherka despicably smeared Janet DiFiore, her husband and others as recently as Sunday afternoon on www.yonkerstribune.typepad.com.

It was mid-afternoon Sunday, August 17. The comment is in about the fourth page of comments under the Edelman Motion to Dismiss Zherka’s suit article, which is now on page 2 of the Tribune. Read all about Sweet Sammy in his own words. Sweet Sammy, the “publisher” of the Guardian.

Zherka and Blassberg have the nerve to call that piece of trash a newspaper. The Guardian is as good as dead. It might be a slow death, but it’s going d-o-w-n.

no one tried to silence sam..sam was defaming the da’s
husband..he was recklessly dragging his name through
the mud..difiore asked him how he would feel if
someone said that about his wife..and we already
know the answer because sam doesn’t like what the
tribune blogger said about his wife and his brother..
so stop trying to portray sam as the victim..sam
started it by printing lies, he started the lawsuits
by misrepresenting blog posts and now he will have
to pay for his totalitarian demeanor..ie I can
say whatever I want..but you can’t say a word about
me…Judge Seibell will not put up with that
kind of bullying tactics..and neither have 99%
of the bloggers who now understand where sam is coming
from

that is what I expect happened: I doubt that sam zherka
actually takes the time to read the blogs..he most probably
gets filled in from blassberg, then gets pissed, then
has a cocktail and goes on himself..but he doesn’t strike
me as someone who focuses on every blog posted…The attorney on the other hand is a paid professional..He has
filed so many lawsuits that on the subject of the suit
against the consultant he too may have relied on the
research abilities of one richard (perry mason)
blassberg…now this is just conjecture (the sort that
richard engages in all the time) however, if that is
true than it is quite possible that richard has
gotten his employer sam and the attorney into quite
a mess..the question is who is going to foot the bill
to get out of it…because federal sanctions and
punitive damages are all on the table

If Lovett signed off on those messes (plural) before filing them, then Lovett is in some quicksand, too. Zherka as the plaintiff has his own troubles—including sanctions and whatever else that comes his way. Not to mention the Manhattan D.A. But it would not be shocking if that weird refugee from the Twilight Zone put most of this Rube Goldberg machine together. That would be Blassberg, the “attorney” in his own dubious, muddled mind.

according to the new york state court system there is
no attorney named richard blassberg registered to practice
once you graduate law school you are a lawyer..but in
order to practice you must take and pass the bar in
new york or in another state..

there is a quick way to check if an attorney is admitted
there is a website that has that information available
and I have never seen blassberg refer to himself as an
attorney or use the ESQ at the end of his name..but
no doubt he thinks he is just as qualified to give
advice since in my opinion that entire lawsuit was
drafted by blassberg..and the fact that he may not be
bound by the canons of ethics mihgt account for why
there is such diseregard for the facts..the same
disregard he showed when he authored the jeanine machine
and conjured up those around jeanine pirro who were
supposedly manipulating the justice system…he even
made up things that other people “would” say not
that he conducted interviews for the book .in fact
he attributed words and actions to people that never
took place..and here the word attributed is very important
because it shows a pattern (people vs Molineax) of
making facts up to fit the purpose…just as was done
in the lawsuit against the consultant..the book
was makebelieve and so is the lawsuit

No way of saying for sure if Blassberg passed the bar exam. But from his bio, he has never worked as a lawyer.

You mean that election wasn’t stolen, that the machines were not tampered with! You mean Blassberg is just a loon? Zherka and Blassberg together are sinking the Guardian. It was already disrespected and not believed, but Zherka made it much worse by publicizing he was under investigation in Manhattan. And it has been downhill for those two jerks ever since. They are getting killed on the blogs, and the word has spread far and wide.

But if Zherka gets indicted, “lawyer” Blassberg can defend him. They can continue to be joined at the lip. That’s lip, not hip. That would be a fitting ending.

blassberg may be driving the bus…zherka appears to
totally rely on his judgment or lack thereof…blassberg
recently wrote in the guardian that the last election
for district attorney was “stolen” that tony castro
actually won but that the board of elections somehow
fooled around with the machines…of course no legal
action was taken..and blassberg expects his readers
to take his conpiratorial allegations at face value…
notice how he continues to feature tony castro
in the paper…get ready for a castro run on
the democratic primary line….of course he has
no chance for the nomination…but that won’t stop
blassberg…

Richard Blassberg looks paranoid in his own statement about Pirro, doesn’t he? No surprise there. His reputation as a wing-nut is well-earned.

Zherka is doing what most culpable people do. “Deny, deny, and deny some more” until it is too late. It is already much too late now. He’s penned in, so to speak, on those lawsuits and the bogus claims they contain.

Even if he drops all the suits, which he should, he still will be facing counter-claims and sanctions. And he should be. Zherka needs to be taught a serious lesson.

The suits will be thrown out, anyway. They are baseless.

But Zherka won’t drop them because they are the heart and soul of his pathetic political conspiracy defense. Zherka also has big worries about the Manhattan D.A., and he thinks those suits will be his defense if he is indicted.

He is wrong. The suits are transparent and stupid and fatally flawed, just like Zherka himself is. The suits will be tossed out, and Zherka may be tossed in—tossed in jail by the Manhattan district attorney. Time will tell.
