Whatever info on this ongoing scandal that comes out, we have all noticed, comes from elsewhere, nothing from them. They try to stay under the radar and pretend that they had no idea of the dysfunction and larcenies. Were the ex- mayor and his cohorts Republicans, they would have been long ago skewered and disgraced by the county government. Young, as with Lafayette, is a player. So, it's no surprise that Reggie is defending his protege is only practicing what he himself taught her. Their greed and selfishness is an embarrassment to the party and both of them should be booted out on their asses. Con-Halevi is among the nastiest and most dishonest of a truly corrupt group of Ernie Davis supporters and Mount Vernon won't be able to move forward until we get rid of her as well as the crooks from Ernie's administration that remain in their cushy city hall jobs.
