He is smart, maybe at times too political but he has strayed from the Democats on the Board of Legislators when he felt they were wrong!!!! Richard should be bored, there is no place for him to go. Like every other politician Richard has been there too long and got too comfortable. As far as Richard going for CE, he will have to get a personality first. I hope Richard retires out West to his ranch, He certainly will have more productive days out there. I am of the opinion that Tom would make an excellent Assembly person.
