And while it might be just talk, it certainly comes across better than the action of increased taxes and spending the voters are witnessing from the Republicans. The Putnam Republican Party needs to look at these new registration numbers as a wake up call. It's time to stop the bleeding! Unite the Party behind key principles and push for new registrations. It's inexcusable that the Republicans have allowed the Democrats to steal the issue of lower taxes! Democrats in Putnam County have been a
