		<description>Shumer says nothing every Sunday. His weekly press conferences on a quiet news day are a laughingstock.  And he hardly ever, if ever, follows up on all the stupid bills he proposes in those Sunday laughers. 

This is what NYers vote into the Senate.  Nice work, NY residents.  You could have voted in one of the Marx Brothers and not seen a difference.</description>
