The editorial slams the state Senate and Assembly for guess what? For being owned by the teachers union and for resisting Paterson’s attempt to cap the school-property taxes. The Assembly is already dominated by Silver’s slimy Democrats, and Silver is in bed with the teachers union.

But the News says the phony Bruno is likely to lose the Senate because of his lying posture pretending to want real reform. He doesn’t, because the unions own him, too.
