National TV — twice in one week

   Gov. David Paterson is scheduled to appear on CNN’s “American Morning” tomorrow at 7:20 a.m., his press office announced this evening.  

   That’s the second time in one week that the governor will make the national news. On Tuesday, CBS Nightly News aired an interview that newswoman Katie Couric did on Paterson.
